TWO main purposes to have these lines:
1)To enhance production capacity.
2)To give harsh / tough / very difficult testing environment to lights under testing, Make sure quality strong enough before shipping.

This advanced aging system is divided into 5 areas, which is:
1.Non-power area: for setting products & taking off products after aging.
2.Low voltage area: operating under 100V – 150V
3.Normal voltage area: operating under 220V – 230V
4.High voltage area: operating 265V – 300V
5.Fluctuation area: lights keep on & off in every second.

The aging line is running like a very slow moving circle. To finish one circle testing, every single light must pass & be tested through ALL 4 different areas.We set 2 circles testing for each batch; one circle testing time is 2 hours, so 4 hours for each batch. Operating speed / duration / given voltage all to be set in the control center. QC team inspect the running lines in every 1 hour, any
lights not working properly will be picked up for re-checking. Any emergency like "short-circuit" will activate the Emergency-alarm.

2.Connect the input-terminal with utility power AC200-240V by using wiring-unit, make sure that no copper wire is bared.
3.Connect the output-terminal DC plug, ensure this connection is secure.
4.Fix the lamp and current driver of the suitable place by convenient installation.
5.Turn on the power switch.
