If you want to know how to install LED downlight, I will show you an example of the 36W LED Downlight. Please follow the four steps.

Step 1, Carefully make an opening 165mm diameter.

Step 2, Fit the three spring buckles to the panel light as below shown.

Step 3, Lift the spring buckles with care through a 50deg turn and hold them there as you slowly move the panel into the opening made earlier.

Step 4, When the spring buckes are securely touching the opening edge line, gently release the spring buckles and the n with maximun care and a gentle force, push the panel into the hole, you will notice a sudden movement locked onto the back side of the ceiling. LED downlight installation is finished.

Installation Instructions:1. Drill a suitable mounting on the ceiling according to the light’s cutout.
2. Turn off the power.
3. Connect input end of LED converter to commercial power. Make sure no copperwire exposed
4. Put LED driver at suitable location on ceiling.
5. Connect the driver DC output with the DC input of light fixture.
6. Pinch both springs, then push light into installation hole. Make sure the light is fixed well.
7. Turn on the power supply.

2.Check the quality of the LEDs.

Process before sales:At cnhidee, all our customers, be it inquiry customers, exhibition customers, or even customer referenced by other parties, we feed all their data ranging from company names, country, contacts and even the source that led them to us, into our specialized sales software which generates a unique special customer number for which we shall forever identify the particular customer.

From this point on, we furnish the customers with all the necessary technical and financial data for our led lights (led panel lights, led downlights, led bulbs, led tubes, led spot lights) that we find fitting for their application. The technical data ranges from performance certificates, Test reports, IES reports, Packaging data, weight and some other comparative reports. We always guide our customers to buying the right led panel lights, led down lights, led bulbs, led tubes, led spot lights that fit their application. We even have sample policies that boost customers’ confidence in our led lighting products after the sample testing.

After the sale of any one of our led lights (led panel lights, led downlights, led bulbs, led tubes, led spot lights), with reference to the PI, we feed the order data into our specialised K3 order software and we generate the unique order number that shall be attached on every other product in that particular order alongside the bar codes/ serial numbers. This is to serve as a key point of reference for all warranty claims.

After sales service process.In the unlikely event of any mal-function of any of our led lights (led panel lights, led downlights, led bulbs, led tubes, led spot lights) we have a 24 hour service hotline dedicated to giving instant guidance on any simple repairs necessary for the restoration of normal functioning. If this fails, we then request the customer to prepare a detailed defects report and also share with us video and photographic evidence highlighting the nature of defects registered on our led light (led panel lights, led down lights, led bulbs, led tubes, led spot lights). All this data shall have the order number and product serial number. The data is then forwarded to our engineers who analyse the defects and offer service solutions. If the defect can be serviced in the customer’s country, we shall send a repair guidance document for reference by a qualified technician during the repair; all service charges will be met by cnhidee. If we fail to assess the mode of the defect through the above means, then we request the customer to return the led light (led panel lights, led down lights, led bulbs, led tubes, led spot lights) back to our factory (all costs paid by cnhidee) for a detailed analysis in our laboratory. After establishing the cause of failure in our lab, depending on whether the failure was as a result of our product underperforming, we shall send a replacement to the customer otherwise, we shall request the customer to pay for the replacement.
