Britian Largest Bakery Adopts Philips LED Light

Greggs is the largest bakery company in Britain, founded in 1930s. Now it has 1,500 branch stores. Greggs's lighting is designed and made by Philips.

The LED panel lights are embedded in the Greggs company. All the lighting products are all adoptted with LED as the light source. Compared with the traditional lamps, these LED light can save 50% more energy. It can also reduce two tons of carbon dioxide emission. The output heat of these LED lights is less, so they can save energy cost to use the air-conditoning and save energy in summer.

For the long lifespan of LED light, Greggs will also benefit from the reduced repair cost. There is another advantages. These LED lights all meet the standard of WEEE ( waste electronic and electrical equipment ). So these is no the problem to deal with the waste lamps.
