How to determine the quality of LED light? We have to check the appearance, material, design, efficient, aging test, please see below details:
Appearance:1. Frame Color - (white and silver), different application use different color;
2. Scratch - shouldn’t have scratch on the frame and diffuser;
3. No flicking;
4. No lighting leak in each side;
5. No bright dot or dark dot when the light is on.

CNHidee LED After Sales Support-A Case


We are pleased to learn that the 25 pieces LED panel light finally arrived in Venezuela. However, we were disheartened to learn that 2 pieces had a defect after the installations in your customer’s premises. With all our QC checks done on all products prior to shipment, this is a failure rate that we have not scored before in our rich experience of LED light manufacturer. It comes as a big challenge and is totally unacceptable by our standards, we deeply apologize for any inconveniences that this failure may have caused but we wish to assure you that we shall do our best to rectify it as soon as possible.
If it were not for the delay in deliveries to Venezuela, we would surely send you 2 new led panel light to replace the defected panels, however, in the quest to solve the defect as soon as possible, we humbly request you to follow our attached repair guidance document. This will also aid you in becoming more technical about the led panels as many of our other clients.
If the aforementioned is acceptable, we shall humbly request you to invoice us for any fees that shall be therein incurred during the repair as it is our responsibility to rectify the defects. If you need to hire the services of a professional electrician, please proceed as it will save time in delivering to the final client exactly what they procured.
At the moment we still can’t establish the cause of that particular mode of failure but our engineers assumed heavy crushing from the shipment may have caused the breakage of the solder joining the power strips. This is only a minor failure that should not really be happening as we run vibration and crush tests on all our products before sending them out to our customers.
Because we stand for a lasting brand with high quality products, there is nothing much we can say to wash away the disappointment with all parties involved, however we shall offer all our expertise in making it all right at no extra cost to you.

How to Make the LED light Longer Lifespan? LED lights can be found in many products that are used every day.
When we buy something new, except warranty, we care much more about the product’s capacity and stability. One buyer asked about the lifespan of LED lighting, but first we need to discuss what manufacturers mean by "lifespan."
One key factor that everyone looks at closely is the lifespan of each of these LED lighting sets. The different lamps used lead to different life spans, and this is a decisive factor for many people.
Are the "life span" claims by LED light manufacturers proper? In the market, numbers ranging from 50,000 hours to 100,000 hours.

The first thing we need to discuss is what manufacturers mean by "lifespan." This doesn't mean that after a certain amount of use, the led will just stop working. This rating has nothing to do with parts or warranty coverage. Most manufacturers don't even mention lifespan on their Web sites.

Precautions:
1.Please prepare a 2.5mx2.5m Square working platform and ensure that you clear it of any dust.
2.Cushion the work platform to protect the panels being serviced from any sudden scratches.
3.Have enough light in your service room.
4.Ensure that the works are done by a technical person who has prior knowledge of disassembling and reassembling electrical fittings.

Use a removable marker and mark out the side with the defective group of leds.
Gently sit the panel light on the clean, dust free, cushioned work platform already set out. Front face down.
Using your magnetic head star screw driver, gently remove all the back screws securing the back aluminum plate to the main frame. (A)
With all the back screws removed, gently rotate the aluminum back cover, please do not lift off the aluminum cover

At the point where the cable runs into the panel, gently lift the aluminum back plate and slowly unplug the rubber bush that secures the cable to the aluminum back plate. Then sit the aluminum back plate on a clean surface. (C)

With the panel open, you will notice a backing foam material, gently lift this off and rest it on the aluminum back plate. •With your pair of tweezers placed at one corner of the panel, gently lift out the LGP, and at an appropriate height, you may lift it with your hands and rest it on a clean surface. (B,C) A  C Foam backing

After removing the LGP, proceed and remove the diffuser.
With maximum care, gently give the diffuser a soft push from the front face pushing it back. Please note that you have to start at one corner of the panel and work your way down be gentle otherwise the diffuser will be cracked. (B,C)

After removing the diffuser, rest it on a clean dust free surface. (A,B)

(A) •Proceed and remove any residue glue that was left of the aluminum frame after removing the defective strip. (B,C)

With the new supplied led strip, solder weld the power cable to the end of the strip, ensure that the polarity is right, red cable to the positive terminal and the black cable to the negative terminal.

Ensure that the solder joint is sound and secure, to check this, gently pull on the cables after soldering them to ensure that they are securely welded. (B,C)  Instructions for repair 7 LED panel lightInstructions for repair guide. 8 After soldering the cables in the right order, place the led strip back in the same position as the defective strip. (A)
Peel off the back paper from the new led strip such that the glue on the back of the strip can help bond it to the aluminum frame.

Instructions for repair guide. 9Gently place the diffuser back in place, sit one end of the diffuser on the aluminum frame and then proceed and fix the respective opposite side. (A)
With the diffuser fitted, carefully power the panel to ensure that all the leds are powered and give off light. Proceed and clean the diffuser with a dust roller or, use the electric blower to air/ blow out any dirt on the diffuser. Please ensure that the diffuser is 100% dirt free. (B,C)

After fitting the LGP in the right position and placing back the white PC reflector, now carefully run the cables to the side , between the LGP and the aluminum frame.

Place back the foam backing. (A)

Slide back the cable rubber bush in the same position on the aluminum back plate, then proceed and secure the aluminum back plate to the panel by use of the screws. Ensure that the back plate is tightly fitted to avoid any dust from penetrating into the panel. (B,C)

Theory of Color and RGB LED Light

Basically there are three primary colors (red, green and blue). These are mixed together, in different proportions to give off the various color shades. The mixing of colored light is called additive color mixing and in a nutshell. This is the purpose of the RGB LED light Controller. It mixes the three colors to create other colors by dimming on the other 3 main colors. White light is perceived where all three additive primaries overlap to the same volumes. Since the white mixture results from the adding of three color light sources, the white light appears to be the brightest of all.
