6inch LED Downlight from CNHidee

This is Bruce from HiDee LED company, we are professional in LED Panel Light and LED Downlight, now I introduce our 6inch LED Downlight to all prospective clients.

1.      some technical parameters as below:

10watts – 96pcs SMD3014, 800lm

12watts – 120pcs SMD3014, 1000lm

18watts -180pcs SMD3014, 1500lm

24watts – 234pcs SMD3014, 2000lm

We use SMD3014 LED Chips, 80-90lm/watt, Power Factor:>0.95, RA>80.

Color temperature from 2700k to 6500k for option.

2.      Technical drawing:

Dimension is 200mm, cut size: 165mm, different watts have different thickness, because of the heat sink, please check below drawing, 24W the thickness is 78.5mm, and 10W 12W 18W thickness is 52.5mm.

3.LED Downlight installation

- Carefully make an opening of 168mm.(P1)

- Fit the two springs buckles to the downlight as below shown. Some down lights may be supplied with the spring buckles already fitted.(P2)

- Lift the spring buckles with care through a 50deg turn and hold them there as you slowly move the down light into the opening made earlier.(P3)

- When the spring buckles are securely touching the opening edge line, gently release the spring buckles and then with maximum care and a gentle force, push the downlight into the hole, you will notice a sudden movement of the down light when the spring buckles have securely locked onto the back side of the ceiling.(P4)

4.      Connection

- All power is off

- The downlight is connected to the driver.

- The driver is connected to AC100-240V

- install the lamp as shown above

- check the entire circuit

- Power on
