After Sales Service of LED Panel Light


This is the case of CNHidee LED After Sales Support.
Good day Cesar,

We are pleased to learn that you successfully repaired the two defective LED panel. Once again, allow us to apologize for all the inconvenience this may have caused and we have now resolved to apply an extra coating of Quick set fire rated silicon over the soldered joints to improve upon their shock/ vibration resistance.

We are running further tests on this improvement and so far the silicon is proving to be absorbing much of the shock/ vibration.(Refer to attached photos for reference)

Shallin has also reliably informed us of the total cost you incurred in the quest to repair the LED panel light (Total of 50 USD) for which we are to compensate you. We humbly request you to highlight to us your preferred media of payment as below shown:
1.Shall we deduct the 50 usd from your next bulk order?
2.Should we send the payment instantly via PAYPAL?
