Repair Guidance for common defects of LED tube light.

One section of the tube doesn’t work.

Failed tube as below:

The most common reason for this kind of failure is the electrical wire on one end of tube being broken or the soldering connection is chipped and loose.

Due to jolting in transportation, the silica-gel electronic wire rubs with the metal housing, causing the electrical wire on one end of tube to break/ fracture.

Repair: please follow below steps

1)Take out screws on the end which is not working.

2)Carefully remove the plug.

3)Remove the PC housing following the arrow direction

4)Weld the broken electronic wire back into position.

Weld the red wire at LED+ and the black wire at LED-.
If the fracture is on the wire, then weld the red wire to the red wire and vice versa, then enlace the
Connection by insulating with adhesive tape

5) Re-assemble the tube housing and fit the tube back in  its lighting position.
