Most of the LED downlight molds are our own design, for those light housings we buy from others, we only purchase the top quality downlight housing.

Today I would like to share with you an order case of our LED Downlight.

Firstly, the best way to place an order is to send an order list via email. All you need to do is to advise us on the style Number. and the quantity. From our style Number. Take one of our best sellers for example:

CL5013NW3014-36WCL means ceiling light, down light is one of the ceiling light
5013 is our internal series No.
NW means natural white 4000-4500K
3014 is the LED size (SMD3014)
36W is the power consumption

For the part of the light, basically we can confirm the details already from our style Number. Some customers requires OEM packing and different price terms. All those are negotiable based on the order quantity, once we confirm all the information like the price term/ delivery term/ delivery date and so on, we shall send a PI to our customer for payment.

Once we got the bank copy from the customer, we will arrange the production and ship it as per the confirmed ship date.

How to Do Home Decorating with LED Panel Lights

LED Panel Light is a kind of Decorative Lighting; the advantages of LED Panel Light are simple, high grade, energy saving and environmentally friendly.

How to decorate a bedroom with LED Panel Light?

1.      In the middle of the ceiling, we can use serveral pieces square LED panel light, like 300x300mm or 300x600mm or 600x600mm, this is based on the size of the bedroom. We Suggest the use of pure white 5000-5500k color temperature.

2.      At the corner and outside of the edge, we can use small sizeround LED Panel Light, like D110x14mm, for the color temperature here, we shall use warm white and natural white indirectly.

3.      We also suggest the use of some LED Tubes or strips inside of the edge as below picture.

Home decorating in other place with LED Panel Light

a.       For parlor, we can decorate it in the same way as a bedroom with LED Panel Light, but the color temperature is different, myself, I like Cool white in the parlor, as cool as possible.

- Carefully make an opening of 168mm.(P1)

- Fit the two springs buckles to the downlight as below shown. Some down lights may be supplied with the spring buckles already fitted.(P2)

- Lift the spring buckles with care through a 50deg turn and hold them there as you slowly move the down light into the opening made earlier.(P3)

- When the spring buckles are securely touching the opening edge line, gently release the spring buckles and then with maximum care and a gentle force, push the downlight into the hole, you will notice a sudden movement of the down light when the spring buckles have securely locked onto the back side of the ceiling.(P4)

4.      Connection

- All power is off

- The downlight is connected to the driver.

- The driver is connected to AC100-240V

- install the lamp as shown above

- check the entire circuit

- Power on

During the just ended LED show in Guangzhou, we opted not to exhibit and instead carried out a market research to help us understand why most LED light suppliers have nearly halved their pricing. Below is a summary of our discoveries-LED lighting market report.

•Poor led driver designs with cheap components that attribute to very low power factors rendering them dangerous for use.

•Poor product packaging that doesn’t protect the products from damage during transportation.

•Low material gauges especially with the aluminum frames. We could literally twist the panels with our hands, some suspended panels also appeared to be twisted/ bent under their own weight.

•Use of low quality led chips that led to a drop in the total luminance of the lights.

•Very thin LGP's are now being used and this is leading to the poor lighting effects with a noticeable uneven lighting.

In summary, we realized that the prices are falling in direct proportions to the quality. At CNHIDEE, we still choose to work with high quality LED light and charge our cleints that extra penny for high quality led lights.
