This is one of the most common problems that many customers meet. Comparing the traditional tube with an LED Tube, their shape, size and diameter is the same. They are all sub-divided into the class of: T5, T8 and T10. The standard lengths of the tubes are: 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, although under special cases we may have 1800mm and 2400mm. In brightness comparison an 18W LED tube gives of light equivalent to 40W traditional tube. That makes an initial energy saving of up to 22watts.

When you want to replace the traditional tubes, you need to do as follows:
1.Before installation, you need to switch off the power.
2.Remove the electronic ballast or starter.
3.Directly add the Input voltage exchange mains to both ends of the LED tube.

LED Panel Light aging test is the important guarantee of the reliability of all electronic products, including LED products, it’s a very necessary step of production.

Aging test can help improve the efficiency of LED lighting products, enhance the stability in later times of usage. After production, LED lighting products may have dark spots, flicker effects, uneven light and various other defects, these defects can only be spotted through aging tests and be repaired before shipping.
Normally aging test takes 24 hrs. To save production costs some manufacturers skip aging tests hence they sell products at low prices.

We introduced advanced automatic Aging test Lines to test our LED panel light / downlight /tubes. It not only can provide harsh / tough / very difficult testing environments to test these products and make sure that they are of the best quality and are ready shipping., but it also enhances our production capacity.

This advanced aging system is divided into 5 zones:
*Non-power zone: for loading products & loading off products
*Low voltage zone: operating under 100V – 150V
*Normal voltage zone: operating under 220V – 230V
*High voltage zone: operating 265V – 300V
*Fluctuation zone: lights keep on & off in every second
These 5 zones make a revolution every 4 hours, we set 2 revolutions, so each batch will be tested 8 hours.

In the case of emergency, like "short-circuit" an automatic Emergency-alarm will be triggered to avoid any accidents.
Inspectors will check the aging line every 1 hour to see if any quality issues like "flickering", "off-lighting"...... Those lights that will be removed from the testing line for defects will be repaired and placed back on the aging test until all defects are cleared.

This aging line helps to enhance our production capacity.

** LED panel light 600x600mm:
528pcs are to be well tested in one day.

A. Suspension TypeAt present, there's no technical difficulty with this installation mode. Firstly, you must fit the suspension components in the back side of the LED panel light, and then attached the lanyard can. As a Customer we advise you not to forget to confirm whether the suspension components are standard accessories from manufacturers or optional parts. We at CNHIDEE give these out as a standard accessory.

B. Embedded TypeEmbedded type can be divided as two ways:  
a, Half embedded  
b, Pure insertion
In Borsche, we use pure insertion as below described.
Cutting a hole in the ceiling is a necessary step, at the back of the panel, there is fixing piece called a spring buckle. To install the panel, you will then put the panel sideways into the square hole ensuring that the side buckle springs are secured above the surface of the ceiling cut out and then carefully draw the other two spring buckles to secure the panel to a flat fitting to the ceiling.
(Feedback from our market, most customers are prefer this mode of installation.)

C. Surface MountedWall mounted is another different installation, this is not hanging and not built-in. The panel must be fixed on a vertical wall or a horizontal ceiling plane by either use of a surface mounting mould or clip on system to an earlier reserved space. It is very necessary to fully match this type of installation to the ceiling, as this will make the room feel and appear full of modern sense. Otherwise it may cause big gap phenomenon in the room design.

2.High brightness LED Chips, SMD30148-12 lumen per SMD3014, and the LED Chips are lengthways mounted in the LED PCB board, stuck at each side of LED Panel Light, we call this side lighting or edge lighting, the lighting from each side of LED Panel Light, is not direct on people’s eyes, it’s more soft lighting.

3.Light Guide Plate(LGP)LGP is one of the most important parts of LED Panel Light, it’s a kind of optical material, made by PMMA (acrylic), print dot matrix design on the LGP, the LED Panel Light will be issued a bright homogeneous soft lighting after the LEDs are connect to a power supply.

4. DiffuserAt the front of the LGP, is a Diffuser, the function is to make the light distribution more uniform.

5. Reflector PlateAt the back of the LGP, we use a reflective material made of safety protection products, in a certain light radiation can produce strong reflective effect.

1.Solder printing: print the solder onto the PCB board.
2.SMT: attach LED onto the light board
3.Reflow: give the lightboard suitable temperature to fix the components tightly.
4.Laser cutting: cut the lighting-guide-plate (LGP used inside LED Panel light) and Diffuser into required sizes.
5.Silk-screen printing: print dot matrix design on the LGP to help the output light more soft and even.
6.Tunnel Stove: LPG with dot-printing will pass through this machine and be dried.
