SMD led is the most important component of the LED downlight, it should be of very good quality with a genuine lumen and wattage, Cnhidee is using the best Epistar SMD 3014 led chip with a guarantee of 50000 hours
Housing and reflector are also an important part of the down light, it should be made up of the material which is very good in heat conduction e.g. zinc, aluminum alloy etc. The life of the SMD led also directly depends on the housing of the light, and the reflector is the part which enhances the lumen.
The LED Driver is an element which affects the down light directly. The Driver is a component which changes the current supply according to the usage and it should be of very good quality because it supplies current to the SMD leds of the down light. 3.TEST AND QUALITY CONTROLThere are lots of LED light equipments and machines which are used to test the quality of all the components e.g. SMD optic and electric testing machine, optic and colorimetric test machine, High power led sorting machine, goniophotometer for luminaries, led thermal characteristic test machine, led aging machine, chip and epitaxial wafer test special machines to test the quality of drivers. We are using all these machines to test all the lights produced at Borsche to ensure the highest quality.
4.CERTIFICATIONSWe have CE, FCC, RoHS certificates, and we also make special regional certificate applications for all customers with regional approval required, which proves our LED downlights are of very good quality and Lead free and do not produce any oxidation and are not harm full to health and to the environment.
