A LED panel light is assembled by many components, for example: LED Light bar (LED PCB), aluminum frame, diffuser plate, light guide plate, reflect plate, aluminum backplate and so on.
LED light equipment:
1.Solder printing: print the solder onto the PCB board.
2.SMT: attach LED onto the light board
3.Reflow: give the lightboard suitable temperature to fix the components tightly.
4.Laser cutting: cut the lighting-guide-plate (LGP used inside LED Panel light) and Diffuser into required sizes.
5.Silk-screen printing: print dot matrix design on the LGP to help the output light more soft and even.
6.Tunnel Stove: LPG with dot-printing will pass through this machine and be dried.

2.Stick the LED PCB onto the frame side,
3.Assemble all the material as below: Diffuser, Light Guide Plate, Reflect plate, Bottom cap
QC and Test
1.LED Light Aging Test: 24hours, different voltage test, on / off test.
2.Programmable Temp.& Humi Chamber: To test how the lights work under specified humidity and temperature.
3.Integrating sphere: To test the light and all the datas, like lumen, wattage, CRI and so on.
