Have you ever imagined why the LED panel light has softer, even, and comfortable light emission?

The LED Panel Light is assembled by 6 main parts. Today, I will talk about the construction of LED panel light.

1.Aluminum framesThe thickness of the frame is 13mm only, this makes the LED Panel Light lighter, the inner edge (the edge next to the Diffuser) has a lean design, to prevent the light leakage.

2.High brightness LED Chips, SMD30148-12 lumen per SMD3014, and the LED Chips are lengthways mounted in the LED PCB board, stuck at each side of LED Panel Light, we call this side lighting or edge lighting, the lighting from each side of LED Panel Light, is not direct on people’s eyes, it’s more soft lighting.

3.Light Guide Plate(LGP)LGP is one of the most important parts of LED Panel Light, it’s a kind of optical material, made by PMMA (acrylic), print dot matrix design on the LGP, the LED Panel Light will be issued a bright homogeneous soft lighting after the LEDs are connect to a power supply.

4. DiffuserAt the front of the LGP, is a Diffuser, the function is to make the light distribution more uniform.

5. Reflector PlateAt the back of the LGP, we use a reflective material made of safety protection products, in a certain light radiation can produce strong reflective effect.

6. Aluminum back cover.This is the construction of a LED Panel Light, it has high brightness, soft lighting, and is widely used in Office, Bank, Hospital, Factory, Supermarket and many top grade place.
